terms of service

Commission Requests:- Must include as much detail as possible about what you want; including but not limited to: the style of artwork, number of characters (preferably with references), posing descriptions, and background/scene descriptions. Requests that do not provide enough information may be declined.- Commissions will be completed in the order they are received. If a commission is accepted, your name or username as well as commission type will be listed in the Commissions Queue in my Discord Server.- You will be notified when I begin working on your commission via your preferred method of communication. You may be asked to provide additional references or clarification at this time.- The commission must be paid for in full before the completed final product will be delivered to you. You will be notified via your preferred method of communication once the final product is ready. If full payment is not received within 5 days of notification and I am unable to reach you, your commission will be assumed abandoned.- Work will not begin on your commission until a payment plan has been discussed and agreed upon. I am flexible with how much of the total commission cost can be paid at any given point throughout the commission process. This will be discussed however prior to starting your commission.- I accept any of the following payment methods:

If you do not see your preferred payment method listed above, ASK ME ABOUT IT. As I said before, I am flexible with payment and will work with you to find the best solution for your unique circumstance(s).

DISCLAIMERS:- Prices may increase based on the complexity of the request. The prices shown here intended to be a loose guideline. I will make a good faith effort to calculate adjustments for complexity when providing the initial quote. However, once work begins, additional adjustments may be assessed. Clients will have the opportunity to review and accept the adjustments.- I may stream, broadcast, or post work-in-progress images on public platforms. If you don’t want me to do this, please make this clear when you request the commission.- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. Unfortunately, life happens and I may be unable or uninterested in taking commissions at a given time. Please bear with me on this front. I reserve the right to refuse requests that
violate copyright laws,
contain personal characters used without consent,
contain depictions of illegal activity, or
contain elements on my Will Not Draw list (see at bottom of page).- NSFW or sexual content may be accepted or rejected at my discretion. I am not always interested in drawing this content, so please don’t be offended if I turn it down.-The time it takes to complete a commission may vary. I will do my best to get the commission finished as soon as possible, but factors such as variable work schedules, personal life, and varying complexity may affect the turnaround time.- Commissions will be paid for in full upon completion or prior to delivery of final product. Alternative payment options may be discussed, but full payment must be received before the final product is delivered.- Commission prices may change over time. Incomplete commission prices will not be affected by inflation increases.-- Complex or excessive changes will result in an increased fee. The client can request changes to the commission at any stage of the commission process prior to deliver of the final product. The client will have the opportunity to finalize or rescind their change request when the artist provides a quote for the Change Request Fee.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:- Commissions may be canceled via direct communication (direct text or other preferred communication) by either the client or the artist.- If the commission is canceled by either party before work has started, the client will receive a full refund.- If the client cancels the commission after work has started:
~ ≤ 50% complete: Full refund of all funds paid is issued.
~ 50-75% complete: One-half of the total cost of the commission must be paid to cancel. If client has already paid more than 50% of the total cost of the commission, the remaining amount will be returned after the cancellation fee is collected.
~ ≥ 75% complete: Total cost of commission must be paid to cancel.- If the artist cancels the commission due to no fault of the client’s, a full refund will be issued.- Abandoned commissions will not be eligible for any refunds. A commission will be considered abandoned if, at any point in the process, the client does not respond to any contact attempt within 5 days.

CLIENT RIGHTS:By purchasing this commission, you have the right to:
~ Post and/or share the final product on platforms of your choice for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
~ Create prints or physical representations for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
~ Use the final product to represent yourself or your non-profit group or organization, once again for PERSONAL USE ONLY.- PROHIBITIONS:The client is prohibited from:
~ Removing, altering, or defacing any watermark or signature.
~ Making substantial modifications to the content of the commission.
~ Tracing, recoloring, or otherwise reproducing the artwork without express written permission from the artist.
~ Claiming the artwork as your own.
~ Making any claim to the copyright of the artwork or using the commission for personal profit, unless specifically agreed upon when the commission is accepted

ARTIST RIGHTS:As the artist, I reserve the right to:
~ Use the finished product or any work-in-progress images for personal promotion.
~ Retain full copyright to the finished product and any work-in-progress images.
~ Stream or otherwise broadcast the artistic process, unless specifically requested otherwise.
~ If the client uses the final product to earn a profit in any way, royalty fees may be incurred at my discretion. This will be discussed prior to the commissions acceptance.- PROHIBITIONS:
The artist is prohibited from:
~ Claiming any intellectual property used in the commission that does not already belong to the artist.
~ Change the price of a commission without written notification to the client and without providing an opportunity to accept or refuse the change.
~ Take artistic liberties during the creation of a commission by altering the concept or major elements without the client’s approval.THINGS I WON’T DRAW:
We all have our limits, so here’s what I don’t draw (not an exhaustive list):
~Toilet play (scat, watersports, diaper kink)
~ Non-sapient animals in NSFW situations
~ Underage (<18) characters in NSFW or otherwise compromising situations
~ Gore kink
